RUSSIAN TIMBER VESSEL SUNK, (By Gable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) LONDON, July 21. A submarine torpedoed and sank tho Russian steamer General Radctzky, timber-ladun. off the Shetland Islands. The crew of twenty-two men were landed at Peterhead. [The General Radctzky is a cargo steamer of 2118 tons, built in 1889, owned.by G. Seeberg. of Riga.]
