The special postage rates for soldiers' parcels m force at present of l s 2d aad3 s for parcels weighing up to 31b, -lb, and 111b respectively, are for parcels forwarded via United Kingdom, and will be continued." The new arrangement has been made after negotiations with tho Australian and Egyptian Administrations, and will avoid delay on parcels forwarded by direct steamers to London and thence to Egypt-
