MEETING „OF DIRECTORS. Tiie board of directors of the VoTing Men's Christian Association met on Moxday night. Present—Mr Jolui I. Royde (president), Mcfere A. Kaye, Wm. Gose, T. C. Field, W. S. I*. Tbe July *t to membere aiid friends of tic Young Men's Christian Association on Tuesday brought- out a crowd which filled the large lobby of the Association building. Mr John I. Royde, president, occupied the chair, aud the progiammcopened with thosinging of th* National Anthem, and two selections by tho Association orchf-stra, under the leadership of Mr Stokce. Vocol selectiona were jriren by Misa Walker, llr H. Blakely. and Mr Tom Charters, Mrs Kobinaou aotin? as accompanist. Mr F. A. L. Goolawn entertained the audience ■with gome- clever conjnrins, and Mr R. Wiltfihiro with excellent whistling imitation of birds. Mossrn Albert Anderson, "W. R. Taylor, and A. 0. Pat-ereon an oshibition of jiu-jitsu, and Mr W. McGibbon exhibited his wonderful "speaking" trained dog. The program mo wa« under th« direction of Mr A. J«. Daris, ohairnsau of the Social Committee.
