OPTIMISM REGARDING THE HARVEST. (Received July 21st, 9.25 p.m.) ROTTERDAM, July 21. Germany is optimistic regarding the prospects of tho wheat and ryo crops. Tho smaller crops have suffered owing to the unusual heat, but it is claimed that this has resulted in fuller ears equalising tho ultima to production.
