LONDON. June 17. It, is underaStot—l that tlio Government, with tho assent of tho trade unions, has resolved to ask for greater powers than aro conferred by the Defence of the Realm -Vet in order to deal with labour. The new measure will probably be introduced next week, and ivitl increaso tho mobility of labour and limit tho profits in- the controlled establishments, whero all trade unions' restrictions are Abolished. Committees will be appointed to inflict lines for slackness.
