GERMANY'S ALLIES.
THE KAISER DISSATISFIED. (Received Alav 14th. 9.15 p.m.) PETROGRAD. Alay 14. German officers who are prisoners state that the Kaiser visited the Dunajec front after a Council of-AA'ar at Cracow with Marshal yon Hindenherg and tho Austrian Archduke. Despite the presence of Austrian officers, tho Kaiser addressed tho German soldiers, declaring that the Germans were fighting three powerful enemies practically single-handed, and that their allies, Austria and Turkey, had not fulfilled his expectations, therefore German officers ought to command the remnants of tho Austrian Army, for only .so could victories be achieved.
