RIOTS IN MANY CITIES. TERRITORIALS RESTORE ORDER. LONDON, May 12. There have been wild anti-German demonstrations at Aldgate, Limehouse, Stepney, Bethnal Green, and Poplar, where shojje were wrecked. Germans were mobbed on reappearing at Smithfield Meat Market. There have been disturbances at Leeds, Sheffield, Bradford, Birkenhead, Cardiff, and many other towns. The fruit auctioneers at Covent Garden have decided not to deal with enemy subjecte. A crowd of 300 raided almost every German shop in North "Woolwich. They looted all the stocks and removed the furniture. The police were powerless to stop them.
