ITALIAN STATESMAN'S ADVICE
ROME, Slay 12. Signer Giolitti (ex-Premier and Trader of the Opposition) has had interriewß with. K"jn<; Victor Emanuel and Signor Salandra, the Premier, in which he declared that whether or not Italy intervened in the war it was essential for her to cultivate good relations with England, which, was the only country to which Italy was attached by traditional friendship, and with which sho had no cause of friction.
