KILLINCHY.

At the annual meeting of parishioners of All Saints' Church, Killinchy, the Yiear (the Rev. H. G. Hawkins) presided. The report and balance-sheet, which were read and adopted, showed a credit balance of £10 10s Id church account, and £6 churchyard account. Votes of thanks wero passed to the Hon. It. H. Rhodes and Mr H. R. Davison, for donations towards painting the church. Mr

G. Glassey was appointed vicar's warden, and Mr W. Chappell parishioners' warden. The following wore elected to the vestry:—Mrs Brannah, and Messrs S. Bell, S. Weavers, F. Kaill and A. Allen.
