I (Received April 7th. 12.4. a.m.) | ' ATHENS. April 0. ; M. Venizclos, in a memorandum, ex- : plains that- Roumania was unwilling to I co-operate with Greece and Serbia with- | out Bulgaria, and when Bulgaria obtained a German loan, M. Yenizolos abandoned the idea of a. Gracco-Bul-garian agreement. Later on the Allies enquired whether Greeco would assist Serbia if Britain and Fram-c each sent a division of troops to Macedonia to forestall tho danger of a Bulgarian attack. Tho Greek General Staff considered tho offer inadequate and negotiations with Sir Edward Grey were suspended.
