(By Cable.—Pr»»s Association.—Copyris-t.) (Received March 26th, 8.15 p.m.) WASHINGTON. Alarch 25. Another insult to tho Amorican flag in Mexico has aroused bitter feeling. The Brazilian Minister reported to Mr Bryan that, according to despatches from Mexico City, supporters of Zapatista tore down a flag flying over the house of'Mr McManus, an American citizen, murdered McManus. and looted his house.

Mr Bryan announced that reparation had already been demanded, but no reply had been received, except an apology for MeManus's death. Mr Bryan admitted that no salute of the American Fla_ would be demanded this time.
