BRITISH HUMANITY.
RESCUE OF GERMANS IN THE WATER. STATEMENT BY THE ADMIRALTY. (Received March f>th 7 p.m.) LONDON/March D. The Admiralty announces that since the beginning of the war the British have done their utmost to rescue Germans whose vessels have been sunk. Over a thousand men have been saved under difficult and dangerous circumstances, although the enemy has not accorded similar treatment to British.
