CURTIS v. CURTIS. Mary Curtis (Mr Alpers) v. Frank Curtis (Mr Raymond. X.C.. with him Mr Eric Harper), application for alimony. Mr Alpers said that the petition for alimony was a year and _ome months out of time, but ho contended that the woids of th© section did not bear out tho rule. The petition was not granted. WALTEII v. WALTER. Mary Waiter (Mr Eric Harper) petitioned for the dissolution of her marriage with Charles. Henry Leo Walter (Mr Alpers). The easo had been pr»-vioi-sly before tho Court-. Grace Gertrude Pope stated-that "he had taken proceedings against respondent for the maintenance of lv's illegitimate child, and Mr Bishop, S.M., made an order on October 28th. 1913. i Walter opposed that application, but had not appealed against that order. Evidence was also given by Mary j Pone. ' -| His Honour granted "the petition, the I decree to be made absolute in three months, the petitioner to havo custod}of the children. Costs against tho respondent on the highest scale—£4s— were allowed. The Court adjourned till 10.30 a.m. on Monday.
