The following resolution was adopted at the general meeting of tho Fund held on January 16th:—

"In tho opinion of this Committee .formed on cabled information, from London, tho needs of the poot Belgians are very much greater than those of tho poor of Groat Britain and Inland. Instructions from - subscribers as to how they wish, thoir contirbiitions di-hibutcd will, of course, be carried cut, but i_ , future, unless contr.uy instructions are rcooi/ed, all contributions will be forwarded for the relief of the Belgians."
