Yesterday Mr George BuHcr. business manager of the George Willoughby Dramatic Company, received the following letter signed '"Anonymous":—Dear Sir.—l attended your play on Saturday evening, and I purchased three 23 tickets for the stalls. On reaching home I found that I had omitted to get my change, ac I nut down a J?l note. If you find that there i» 14s over in your coeh. you can pay it into tho "War Belief Fund." Mr Buller forwarded the amount (fourteen shUlingfO to "The PresV , Office last uight. and it has been added to the Belgium Relief Fund list. As a reeult of the efforts of Mr B. Henderson, who presented a fat wether, an auction sale, conducted by Mr Harry Chapman, realised the s-um of £30 at the annual meeting of the Waiau Racing Club, held on Saturday. The last purchaser was Mr Hendor6on at 24e, who hands tho total proceede over to the Belgium Fund. BOXING DAY GALA AT LITTLE RIVER.
