Mr Choate, who was formerly Ambassador for the United States to Great Britain, in a speech here .said: —"Britain is determined never to Mibniit or yield, and never to make peace until the devil of militarism has been so vanquished thr.t it will never trouble the earth again. British courage and the British spirit of hono are magnificent, and there is nothing grander than tho attitude of their wives and daughters towards this war. ,.
