Castipnano, an ox-Oustoms officer, and a doctor named Fiori. lmvo been arrested for attempting io bribo a Customs official to issue- a pprmit to export corn to belJigoreni countries. Castignano was arresied while handing 150,000 liro to a detective who was disguised as a Customs officer.
