BULGARIA'S ATTITUDE AND EXPECTATIONS.
LONDON, December 20. The ''Chronicle's" Sofia correspondeut interviewed the Premier, M. Radosluvoff, who declared that Bulgaria would remain absolutely neutral, thereby greatly benefiting tho Allies, especially Servia. In return for this it was expected that the Entente- would restore- to Bulgaria tho boundaries of the 1912 Treaty, which wero lest in the war between the allied Balkan States.
