TATTERSALL'S HORSE BAZAAR.
Messrs H. Matson and Co. had an entry of forty-three horses on Saturday. The demand "for any good eound farm horses was steady up to market value, "ttut several vendprs of this class had reserves which precluded business being done. However, by auction and privately tho bulk of the entry was sold. i Among the principal sales were: —Account W. Gabbio (Southbridge), seven-year-old half draught gelding £20, and four-year-old light gelding £10 10s; account estate late C. "\V. Comer (Spreydon), seven-year-old mare £18; account J. Chapman (Little River), six-year-old pony £12: account R. Sutherland (Glen- ! tunnel), aged gelding £9 10s; account clionts. draught geldings at £11, £11 10s, £13 ss, and £19. The usual conglomeration of hacks and harness horses Hold at late market rates. The next sale in Tattersall's will be held on Saturday, January 9th.
