THE KAISER'S HEALTH
(Received December 21st, 123.10 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, December 20. German newspapers are increasing their attacks on America. This is interpreted as a recognition that Count Bernstorff's and Herr Dernburg's mission has been a failure. The Kaiser continues to exhibit great nervons depression. The Kaiserin is opposing his return to the front.
