John Farre-U was fined 10s, in dofault forty-eight hours' imprisonment, for drunkenness. • PROHIBITION BREACHES. For entering licensed premises while prohibited, John Cearschawski was fined 10*s, in default forty-eight hours' imprisonment. A chargo against him of procuring liquor while prohibited wae dismissed.. - William Gardner Paul was fined 10s, in default forty-eight hours' gaol, for entering licensed premises while proprohibited. MAINTENANCE. Nellie Chapman wae ordered to pay 10s per week towards the support of her child. DISMISSED. Matirico Morton, for whom Mr Cassidy appeared, pleaded not guilty to a charge that, on November 11th, at Riccarton, being a bookmaker, he did frequent the Riccarton racecourse for the purpose of betting. The information was dismissed.
