This firm, _s usual, has a s |ol shearing machinery, the exhibit comI prising tho CaverhiU Silent Gear b.lt driven Machines, Cooper's Littlo Wonder portablo outfit for two _h _srer» — _ very haudy and reliable plant, which has earned a great reputation both amongft farmers and contract ihearers —and Cooper's Littlo Major, a one-man plant complete with oil engine, - _<-~ which is now shown for the first time. This variety of machines, of different types, provides a suitable plant for nil classes of wool growers, from the &qnatter to the .smallest- farmer. The Cavorhiil Company was the only tirm giving a working exhibition of shearing, and the display was one of the most, atj tractive on tho ground. The Littlo i Wonder was awarded a Gold Modal at tho Interuatonal Show, Christchurch, in j 100G, and up till now has been the otily | ."hearing machine to whicli that honour i has been accorded. The Little Major i was awarded Silver Medal as beinc iho I machine which ia tho judges' opinion, | showed best value for small farmer?.
