(Received November 9th, 1.10 a.m.) THE HAGUE, November 8. Competent and unprejudiced sources in Germany state that Germany is casiry able to scud another million men to the front. Advjces from Cologne .state that 150,00 men are concentrating at Muonster, and are going to Belgium. ,
