The "Medical Practitioners Act Amendment Hill was read a second time. COOK ISLANDS BILL Tho PRIME MINISTER suggested that the Cook Islands Bill Bhould bo put through and brought down for roronsidpration next year. Sir JOSEPH WARD said ho regretted that ho could not agreo to pass a Bill of 075 clauses on trust. Eventually tho Bill was postponed. PUBLIC DOMAINS BILL.
