DE WET MAY CAUSE TROUBLE,

(Received November 3rd, 9.50 p.m.) CAPE TOWN, November 2. The feeling is that the crisis is past, though the danger will not be ended till Ds Wet's commando has been dispersed. Ability, leadership, and resource are all on the side of the Gorvernment- Bloemfontein and the soutnern and eastern portions of the Orange Free State are sound. The danger zone is' in the northern area, where De Wet is active. Ho actually forced Englishmen to join his commando.
