DUNEDIN, November 3

Mr Fleming, Reform organiser, state 3 that with the exception of Invercargill, which is not yet definitely decided, Reform candidates have been selected for every seat in Ofcago and Southland. Hβ says that the Reform Party will have no difficulty in holding all the ssats at present held, and in the majority of seats at present opposed to them the chances of success are in favour of Reform candidates. Up to the present the Opposition has been unable to announce candidates to oppose tho Hon. James Allen for Bruce, or Mr Anderson for Mataura.
