Amongst other provisions is one that they may deport aliens whether they are naturalised o:- unnnlurnlised. Mr Cook said he thought the Bill forecasted martial law. and ho was not prepared to place such powers in the hinds of the Naval and Military Boards. Though he did not like many of the "revisions, ho would not onpcs« th-* Bill.
