The Government agreed to guarantee lb** Bank of England for money required by Canada, tSouth Africa, and New Zoalaml, the amount to bo included in the next Imperial war Iduu. The scheme secures money at a rate not exceeding -'] per cent. South Africa receives s-evon millions. It is unde: - stood that New Zealand sets two millions, and Canada also receives assistance.
