PAYMENT OF BOUNTIES. (SPECIAL TO "TUE I*KKSS.'') WELLINGTON, October 29 The Iron and St*-e! Industries 13:11 was reported to the House to-day by tne Mines Committee. The Committee proposes to extend tho time when the payment of bounties shall cease by one year, until 1024. It is a'i?o proposed that the time tor claiming the bounty and likewise for the commencement of the production of the bounty shall be extended by one year.
