LONDON, October 27. A Lieutenant serving in tho Cameroona says: 'Tho Germans are arming Busbrnen and making them shoot any of our stragglers they can find. They are doing eomo of the dirtiest tricks I ever heard of. Floating on a river I caw all sorts of bodies, those of our men being mixed with Germans. They are going to get it hot now."
