AMSTERDAM, October 27. It is officially confirmed that General yon Moltke is in a dying condition. Ho has been taken to his home at Berlin. The symptoms of his ailment were aggravated by tho failur© of his plans to reach Pans, the result of which roused ihe Kaiser's anger. General Folkenhayn has succeeded General yon Moltko as Chief of tho German General Staff and Commander of tho Armies. According to Gorman prisoners General yon Khiek directed the German right during the battle of the Marne, but since ho-h.-Ls remained at tho Aisne.
