In view' of tho slow progress made with the business of the House this week, and the fact that the unfinished work of Committees has co far made it impossible to hold morning sittings as proposed, it is now accepted that there is no longer any chance of the session ending this week. Wednesday next is now named as the day on which the session will probably end.
