Lott finished within a length of each other, and eleven minutes after the arrival of tho first men, A. Bonis, who secured second fastest time, completed the distance. Speaking to a. All the riders agreed to tho gruelling nature of tho race caused by the strong head wjiid, O'Shea stating that liis task last year was a comparatively mild ouo compared with Saturday's gruelling venture.
