Local Elections and Polls, Harbours Act Amendment, and Victoria College Bills. He. proposed to rcovo tho second reading of those Bills pro forma aud have them referred to Committees. Ho then proposed to adjourn until Wednesday. Tne Council roso at 2.10 p.m.
