PARIS. July 29. The President, M. Poincare, and tho Premier. M. Viviani, have returned from their visit to Russia. They received an ovation unprecedented in living memory. BERLIN. July 29. A German torpedo destroyer passed tho battleship France, which was returning with President Poincare aboard. It fired a salute.
