BITTER ATTACK ON AMERICAN METHODS.
MEXICO CITY. July 16. Huorta, in a statement annoi:ncing his resignation, alluded bitterly to what he termed the outrage* committed I.v the American fleet iv capturin? Tho attitude of tho Mexican Government during its short lifo tad dealt a death-blow to tho unjust power of tho United States. Later, strong workers would come who -would undoubtedly end this power, which had committed so many outrages upon tho American Continent. Later, durin" tho sitting of tho Chamber of Deputies, Senor Blanco hotly attached American political methods, which had driven tho United States to interfere in Mexico. Scnor Blanco was loudly cheered. Reports aro current of the formation of a junta in E! Pa*o, which intends to start a counter-revolution in favour of Felix Diaz against tho Constitutionalists. It is understood that Husrta has 'oft for Puerto Mexico, intending to depart for " Europe. Senor Blanquot, Minister for War, is accompanying him.
