DIFFERENCES OF OPINION
(Received July 17th, 9.30 p.m.) LONDON. July 17. Cabinet sat for two hours and discussed the Amending Bill. Tho sitting was adjourned until to-day, Ministers desiring, it is stated, further exi>russioii.s o: opinion liorn the Nationalist loaders. A majority of the Cabinet is said to strongly adhere to the county vote for exclusion, while a minority recommends new wide concessions for tho sake of' peac-e. Mr Lloyd Georgo has re-consulted tho Nationalist leaders.
