The following officers were elected:—President, the Hon. A. I_ ___i_; vice-presi-dente, Mr EHott Davie (president of the Auckland Referees' Attooation), and Mr *W. Simpson (president of the Canterbury Referee.' Association); ! Hon. secretary and treaeurer, Mr J. W. Gendall; auditor, Mr *R* G. Morpeth.
vote of thanks -was accorded the Auckland Referee*' Association for the trouble they had liken in calling the meeting.
