A NEW EDITION OF KIPLING'S WORKS.
Wo are glad to see that Messrs Macniillan and Co. havo brought out a new edition of Kipline'e works at a moderate price, especially for the honefit of colonial readers. It is entitled "The Dominions Edition/ and tho volumes aro well-printed, well-bound, and in every way desirable. Kipling is an especial favourite in tho oversea Dominions, not only because of hit? supremo gift as a story-toller, but hocause more than any other writer of fiction in modern times ho has given expression to the spirit of Imperialism. Tho first two volumes of the new edition aro "Plain Tales from tho Hills" and "The Light that Failed," and these will bo followed in due course, by tho rest of Kipling's works.
