Sir.—l have just noticed "Disjjust--e<l V letter in your valuable paper, and the insinuations it contains reflect on the coward's nature, especially when the writer falls back under the shelter of anonymity. Tho committoo reckoned that the district had been threshed only too well in connexion with tho recent bazaar, and it was decided that tho refreshments should be bought, including tea, coffee, sugar. This was dono and tho , expenditure amounted to £1 7s. Ono ' nound seven shillings from £2 7s leaves £1, and an equivalent to that wo bought and presented to Mr Milno. Tho doorkeener informs mo there, is etill 3s outstanding in respect of door takings, which, when to hand, will bo forwarded'alone to tho right quarter.
