(By Cable.—PreM AeeociaMon.—Copyright.) (Received Juno 9th, 11.5 p.m.) BRUSSELS, June 9. ' Tho trial of Wilmart has begun, and is expected* to occupy several weeks. Fourteen loading counsel appear for accused.
Sixty-one thousand forged bonds havo been traced, on which Wilmart and his confederates borrowed 20,000,000 francs.
Accused hoped to make redress out of tho profits of tho sale of the Terneuzen Railway to tho Government.
Wilmart is charged with defrauding tho Torneuzen Railway Company of £2,500,000.
