' This evening the Otago Football Association inflicted, salutary penalties. W. Donaldson, of. Roslyn, was suspended until the end of 1918 for abusive and threatening behaviour towards a referee; and Dallas, of Ravensbourne, was suspended until the'end of 1915 for the use of objectionable language and vigorous charging.
