The market is dull and nominally unchanged. HIDES. The market is dull, and has an easier tendency for all rough sorts. Queensland and Sydney meatworks, all weights, BJd. BASILS. New Zealand, 17d to 21d.

Turnbull and Go. have received tho following cable advice from Messrs Weddel and Co., reporting on the frozen meat market as under:— Prime Now Zealand lamb, u-3G, 6 5-16 d, firm; prime New Zealand lamb, 36-42, 6 3-lGd, firm; prime New Zealand lamb, 42-50, 6 l-16d, firm; G.A.Q. North Island lamb, 6d. firm; prime Australian lamb, o 11-lGd, unchanged; secondary lamb. 5 11-16 d, unchanged; inferior lamb, o|d, unchanged,; New Zealand ox hinds, 4 7-16(1, firm; New Zealand ox fores, 3 7-16 d. quiet; prime Canterbury mutton, 4 3-16 d, steady; prime "Wellington mutton, 3 13-16 d, steady; prime Plate mutton, 3gd, steady; prime Australian mutton, 3Jd, steady.
