The place of meeting shall bo the SCHOOLROOM in each district. The number of members to be elected will be: —For Bushside. EirTelton, Elgin. Hurunui, Kaiapoi, Island, Kirikiri, and Robinson's Bay, FIVE; for Domett, Irwell, Lakeside, Longbcach, Spotswood and Wcsterfield. SEVEN; for Elmwood, NINE. The Board further directs that the first meeting of each School Committee shall be held in the place appointed for tho Election, and immediately after tho election upon the same evening. The Board further calls upon the Householders of each of the districts to send to th? Chairman of the School Committee, in writing, on or before MONDAY", June Bth, the names of the persona, being resident householders, nominated by them for the election to serve upon tho Committee. Such nomination? must be signed by the Proposer, and by the Candidate, and must be in the form oet I forth in the schedule to the Act or te the effect thereof. In addition te such nominations, any householder present at the meeting may nominate any aualified candidate who is present at the meeting and who consents by word of mouth or by writing to be 60 nominated.
