(Before Mr H. it. Bishop, 5.11.) DRUNKENNESS* One firet offender for drunkenness •waa fined os, in default 24 hours' Jm. prisonmerit. Another first offender for drunkenness, arrested on the railway station, vrae fined 10s, in default 4£> hours' imprisonment. Michael Moran a second offender, for drunkenness, was fined 10s, in default 48 hours' imprisonment. BROKEN ORDERS. John Crowley, for a breach of his; prohibition order, wa£ fined 20s, i n de-1 fault fourteen days' imprisonment. An- I other offender, who explained that he had. gone in for a glass of whisky on leaving the hospital, was convicted and discharged. MAINTENANCE. Percy William Eden, for disobeying the. terms of a maintenance order, was sentenced to one month's imprisonment* in default of payment. REMANDED. Elizabeth Mary Mason (Mr Donnelly) was remanded until Thursday next on a charge- that at Springfield she stole a gold ring valued at £5, the property of iilizahetb Potton. Bail was allowed, | accused hi- £50, and a surety of £00. ACCESS TO HIS CHILD. George Gates desired an order for separation, maintenance, and guardianship varied, in order that he might hare access to hie child. Julia Gates opposed the application, and said the child was frightened of her father. They were all frightened of him. . The father vras granted access to his daughter, with certain rastiictions.
