Pemberton, Acting-Government Meteorologist, supplied the following weather summary and forecast at 5 p.m. yesterday:— Tho westerly disturbance which has dominated weather conditions during the past threo days, intensified considerably on Sunday. High westerly winds have prevailed, with equally and showery weather. Present indications are for very boisterous weather, with heavy she were generally, and enow on the higher levels id tho soufeh; westerly winds, strong to gale, and changing to south-westerly in about twenty hours, the" weather becoming much colder, and the barometer rising fast then.
