("Time*" and "Sydney Sun" Services.) LONDON, May 31. Japanese diplomacy in China i__ being re-modelled, owing to tho weakonod condition of China, and tho great energy displayed by the Powers in scrambling for concossions.
The "Daily Telegraph's" correspondent says that though Count Okuma's suggestion that England and Japan should commercially ally thotiisclvea throughout China undoubtedly has certain unpractical features, the hour has sounded when the Gcopo of tho Far Eastern Alliance should bo carefully investigated by the contracting parties, and all possibilities of a doubtful future considered.
