A procession a mile long, including a band of trained nursas, wearing the Red Cross uniform, accompanied the National Volunteers of Londonderry to Celtic Park, where a series of evolutions were performed with great alertuess and precis-ion. Several speeches were delivered. .Wording to the Dublin "Sunday Independent," the National Volunteers in Ulster total 4_,000, in Lcinster 4_,000, in Minister _.',OOO, aud in Connaught 18,500. Enrolment is progressing at the rate of 5000 weekly. Two companies havo been formed on Achil Island, whero Gaelic is tho ouly languago used. Mr T. P. O'Connor states that the incidents at the Curragh gavo tho hrst impulse to the present National Volunteer movement.
