IMPORTANT FURNITURE SALE
BUILDERS PLANT ANJ> TIMBER SALE. On Thursday and Friday next, the 4th and sth June, Messrs W. E. Simes and Co. will sell, on account of the dissolution of parnership of J. H. Maynard and Son, builders and contractors, the whole of their stock-in-trade, comprising 20,000 feet seasoned timber, tools of trade, horses, carts, furniture, and 4 properties, Nos. and 108 Dean street, with builders' yard and 1 acre:, also building site on -Esplanade, and building site in Westminster street, near Cranford street tram terminus.
The order of sale is as follows:—At 10 a.m., over 20,000 feet new seasoned timber, and the whole of the tools, plant, horses and carts; at 2 p.m. on Thursday, the 4 properties will he submitted; on Friday, the furniture sale takes place. The sale takes place on the premises, 108 Dean street, St. Albans, off Bealey Avenue, East.
On Saturday, the 13th June, in our rooms, we will sell by auction, oh account Mrs E. S. Linton, her very desirable holding, No. 35 Bridle Path, Heathcote Valley, containing \ acre planted and laid out, and dwelling cf 6 rooms and conveniences; also, on account 01 Mr J. Milno, \\ acres (iv four sections or as a whole), at Masham, Upper Riocarton, having a frontage of 4 chains by 438 links .deep. Also, on account of tho Trustees lato Mr A. Gee; new bungalow house of 5 rooms, plastered, oried windows, h. and c. service, and \A\ modern conveniences, together with nearly i-acre land.
