Freehold property, "Glenmaye," Casnmere run*, 3 acres 3a 3-i0 percnes, ana Jurniture in two rooms, "Mona \ mc," to Julia Caroline Ciod.-y, ol casnmeio Hills, widow. Freehold property, "Lilenmore," i'apanui ruau, icgetjior with all furniture, to Geoffrey Sprott Tabart, of Christcuurcu, auctioneer, absolutely. Freehold property, Harakeke street, Riccarton, 3 acres 2 roods porcbes, Alfred Arnaud McKellar "to use, occupy, and enjoy uuring his life, free of rent," and after his death, to permit his wife, Alice Maud McKellar, ' to use, occupy, and enjoy tho same for her life," upon mc same conditions and subject thereto, "to hold the same" for Cecil George McKellar, absolutely. £20,000 and certain furniture at "Mona Vale" and "Glenholme, Cecil George McKellar, absolutely*. In addition to tho annuity mentioned in the will, the codicil directs that Thomas Scott Johnston .shall receive a sum of £5000, with a wish that, if possible, he shall purchase a part of Glenmark when it is subdivided. The trustees, appointed under the will to administer the estate, Messrs F. H. Pyne, A. A. M. 'McKellar, A. McKellar, and N. L. Macßeth, each receive £5000. All the boquosts mentioned in the will and codicil are to be free of legacy duty. Tho residue of tho estate goes to a ncphow in England.
